Tyler Luck is Acting Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, and Board Member at BEN. Appointed Acting CEO in September 2025, he continues to lead the Company’s strategy and product execution. Since co-founding BEN in 2018, he has overseen the design and development of the Company’s proprietary AI platform, supporting conversational innovation across chat, voice, and avatars. Tyler also manages BEN’s R&D operations in South Korea, building teams focused on multimodal AI systems. His background spans product design, user experience, and scalable AI infrastructure.

Physician leader in health IT, neurology, and informatics.

Dr. Ruy Carrasco was appointed to BEN’s Board of Directors in September 2025 and has served as the Company’s Chief Medical Informatics Officer since 2021. A physician executive, he is also Managing Partner at Child Neurology Consultants Austin. He previously held CMIO roles at Presbyterian Healthcare Services and Seton Family of Hospitals and served on the American College of Rheumatology’s Health IT division. Dr. Carrasco earned his MD from the University of New Mexico and a BA from Baylor University.

Jon Leibowitz chairs BEN’s Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and serves as an independent member of the Audit Committee. He is also Chairman of the Board of the National Consumers League. Previously, he was a senior partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and served as Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Leibowitz holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin.

Thomas Morgan Jr. is founder and CEO of Corps Capital Advisors LLC. He previously served as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and began his career at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Morgan also served as an infantry/aviation officer in the U.S. Army. He holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from Harvard University.

Healthcare leader and medical dean with 30+ years in Kaiser Permanente systems.

Dr. Richard Isaacs brings over 34 years of medical experience to BEN’s Board. He currently serves as Dean and SVP of Medical Affairs at California Northstate University College of Medicine. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Isaacs earned his B.S. from the University of Michigan and M.D. from Wayne State University School of Medicine.
